The world is plenty of puttos peeing in the fountains, you can see them almost everywhere. But this is the first time I see a statue of a girl doing the same thing (sorry for the red bars).
Jeanneke Pis (that's the name of this statue) was created by Denis-Adrien Debouvrie in 1985 and erected in 1987, as a gender counterpoint to the city's trademark Manneken Pis at the Grote Markt.
